Some weddings are short and sweet, some weddings are long and… well, lets just say some weddings are long and leave it at that.

But some weddings…. some weddings are one full-on romantic, crazy funfair ride. Roisin and Ollie flew us out to Nerja, Spain for their incredible day. Agonisingly, the day started cloudy with a little chance of meatballs and large likelihood of rain, but thankfully, by the time of the ceremony at the picturesque 17th century Church of El Salvador - situated on the edge of the Balcón de Europa and close to what used to be the old Guards Tower in the heart of Nerja’s Old Town - the sun was out and we were able to enjoy the views of the sea, the warmth of the countryside, the velvety growl of a red Ferrari, and the wild antics of a bunch of card-carrying party animals.

After the church, the party moved onto the gorgeous boutique hotel Cortijo Bravo, situated up on the hills with stunning views of the Andalusian countryside. Five minutes from Vélez Málaga and the magnificent beaches of Torre del Mar the Cortijo Bravo.

This was everything you hope a destination wedding will be - fantastic friends, family and food, an awesome and hot couple, very much in love, brilliant music, a first dance that gives me a shiver every time I watch it, a little tremble and a tear during the ceremony, and loads and loads of laughter.

Congratulations Roisin and Ollie
